Extremely curteous and professional staff! Facilities exceeded expectations! Will book again Positive: Everything!!!! Negative: I didn’t stay longer

Positive: Nothing because after paying in full I called but was told I have to pay a security deposit after paying up front for 600$ for all the nights no tour so I got scammed

Don’t Book , Trust Me there’s Hundreds of better options Positive: Nice Master bedroom bathroom. Negative: The location, the rudeness of the host, the inconvenience my family and I experienced because of the host and his surprise separate charges described as a deposit only after we were already charged over 400 and there was no way to cancel without being charged both ways, It absolutely felt like a scam. The home is not luxurious or New like the photos for the host to request a deposit outside of the booking site and outside of the rate already charged for the stay, which is my first time hearing about such a thing and I’ve been using this site for over 5 years. The way booking handled the situation was totally unacceptable. The fact that the entire weekend was ruined by greedy inhumane behavior of the host. The home was very mediocre, very wall had a stain, the garage was littered with drug paraphernalia the home seems unfinished by all the cracks and self fixing of it all. We weren’t allowed to check into the home which was paid for the night before until 2-3 hours later and that was only because I had to call booking several times to uphold the reservation and its policy but when check out time came there were 4 ppl outside knocking and waiting on us to leave. The home next door had been broken into and has wiring connected to the home we occupied. I could go on and on but you get the just of the situation.

Runnnnnnnn Positive: Size of house Negative: Don’t walk but run. This property will ask for a $200 deposit via cashapp for incidentals which was strange. I was promised my deposit back within 6 hrs from check out . I get a message an hr after check out with a picture of a broken window . I know we didn’t break any windows because we were the ones that closed and locked them . The windows were up when we arrived which was strange but I assumed housekeeping did this. This is a clever was to cheat you out of deposit. The picture was from a previous incident. Also accused us of turning the cameras off. How is that possible?? The camera excuse is so I want have footage to prove my case. Furthermore the house was dirtyyyy.. stains on sheets, condom in toilet , mouse in garage, etc. and in the middle of the Hood . RUNNNNNNN

Very nice house. Just needs a little attention related to refrigerator and floor tiles. Positive: Clean, attractive, short drive to convention center, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Attractive. Negative: Needs some work. Refrigerator stopped working at least twice a day. Fortunately we discovered this early and restarted it with the GFI switch. Wish we had know there was a train yard behind it. Noise made it hard to sleep. Some broken floor tiles could be a hazard. Couch is a little uncomfortable, but useable. Not everyone uses Venmo or the other apps used to pay fees. We were a little exasperated having to download and figure out how to use Venmo while sitting in the driveway, not able to get in.
